This interactive masterclass explores the common breakdowns between vision and execution within girls’ school contexts and equips leaders with practical tools to move initiatives forward with clarity and cohesion. Participants will examine real-world challenges, map leadership strengths to strategic priorities, consider external facilitation possibilities, and design simple structures that foster alignment, accountability, and momentum. Through guided dialogue and application, leaders will leave with a clear plan to translate priorities into coordinated action so strategy lives in the daily experience of their school communities.
