Connect with fellow lower-, middle-, and upper-school division heads to share challenges, celebrate wins, and explore the complex terrain of division leadership in a confidential roundtable format over four weeks. We survey participants in advance and co-construct agendas together, so every session reflects what matters most to your cohort right now. An individual coaching session will be scheduled within the program window.

Sessions include facilitated discussion, peer exchange, and practical tools you can use immediately.
