This series explores how educators can intentionally cultivate wellbeing practices that both safeguard and enable flourishing across self, staff, and students. Grounded in research on educator wellbeing, emotional labour, and whole-school approaches, each session examines how structures, expectations, and relational practices can either contribute to stress and burnout or foster connection, balance, and sustainable growth.
Through shared dialogue and reflection, participants will explore how to design environments that reduce unnecessary pressure while strengthening relationships, supporting emotional wellbeing, and nurturing a culture where every member of the community feels safe, valued, and able to flourish.
