Getting curriculum content right is one thing, but how do we ensure our girls are equipped with the skills they need to thrive in life beyond school?
By 2030, the World Economic Forum estimates that 39% of the core skills workers need will have changed. In the WEF's 2025 Future of Jobs Report, the highest-ranked core skill was analytical thinking, followed immediately by resilience, flexibility and agility — a cluster that recorded one of the steepest rises of any skill, up 17 percentage points in just two years.
Resilience might be how we recover after the fall. But, Agility is the action we can take whilst still in motion.
This four-week course will step educators through a practical and research-backed five-step implementation framework to build (and measure) Agility in any primary or secondary classroom. Designed with the busy content-rich classroom in mind, embedding this framework requires less than 15 minutes of class time a week and yields increases of 4%-8% increases in Agility in just a ten-week term. It’s easy, research-backed, and dare we say — even fun.
