Australasia’s premier annual conference for student leaders from girls’ schools

The ICGS Student Leadership Conference brings together student leaders from girls’ schools across Australasia for a transformative residential leadership experience.

Designed specifically for students holding leadership roles in their schools, the conference offers opportunities to explore different leadership styles, strengthen resilience, and reflect on personal leadership goals. Through workshops, collaborative activities, and conversations with inspiring speakers, students develop the confidence and skills to lead with purpose in their school communities.

Who Should Attend

The conference is open to students from ICGS member schools who:

• are entering their final year of secondary school
• hold significant leadership roles at their school

Conference Format

The conference is a fully residential programme, allowing students to immerse themselves in the experience and build meaningful connections with fellow student leaders.

Accommodation and meals are typically provided at residential college facilities near the conference venue in Sydney, Australia. Airport transfers may be arranged during designated arrival and departure times.
