Please join Global Executive Director Megan Murphy from the International Coalition of Girls’ Schools (ICGS) for this annual breakfast conversation at the CAIS Heads & Chairs Conference to explore emerging trends shaping girls’ schools around the world.

Drawing on the latest research and insights from ICGS’s global network of educators and school leaders, the session will highlight key opportunities and challenges facing girls’ schools today—from leadership development and student wellbeing to AI, innovation, belonging, and preparing girls to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

Participants will also learn about new research, professional learning opportunities, and strategic initiatives being developed by ICGS to support girls’ schools and the educators who lead them. The session is designed to be both informative and interactive, with ample opportunity for conversation, questions, and the sharing of ideas among peers.

We look forward to a lively discussion and the opportunity to connect with Heads and Board Chairs from across the CAIS community.
